Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-08
You may not use Craftkite, or apps built or published with it, to:
- Phish or impersonate: copy another brand's sign-in pages, collect other people's passwords, PINs or payment details under false pretences, or pretend to be a person or organisation you are not.
- Spread malware: create or distribute malware, keyloggers, ransomware, crypto drainers or tools to break into systems you are not allowed to test.
- Defraud: create fake invoices, receipts, identity documents, diplomas or bank statements, or run scams and pyramid schemes.
- Infringe rights: copy content, trademarks or code you have no rights to, or ignore valid DMCA notices.
- Harm people: harass, threaten, incite violence, sexualise minors, or publish other people's private information.
- Abuse the Service: get around credit limits, create accounts in bulk, attack our infrastructure, mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to building apps.
How we enforce it
Requests that clearly break this policy are refused before any model runs, and the planner refuses the rest. Before publishing, apps that look like another brand's sign-in page are held for human review. Depending on severity we warn, unpublish apps, or suspend accounts. Credits are not refunded for refused requests that were deliberately abusive.
Reporting
Report abuse or copyright infringement at craftkite.com/report-abuse or abuse@craftkite.com. We respond within 24 hours.
Copyright notices (DMCA)
If you believe material on Craftkite (a published app, a shared document or a preview page) infringes your copyright, send a formal notice through our copyright form or to our designated agent. A notice must identify the copyrighted work and the material with its address, give your name, postal address, phone number and email, include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. Knowingly false notices can make the sender liable for damages.
Designated agent: Craftkite — copyright@craftkite.com.
When we remove material after a valid notice, we tell the owner and forward the notice. The owner may send a counter-notice from the studio, stating under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification and consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent court; we forward it to the claimant. Unless the claimant tells us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, the material may be restored.
Repeat infringers: each valid notice that leads to removal gives the account a strike; a strike is withdrawn when a counter-notice succeeds. Accounts that reach the strike limit are suspended.
