Cookie Policy
Version 2026-10-12
Craftkite uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service, which do not need your consent. All other cookies fall into two optional categories, analytics and marketing: we only set them, or load the tools that set them, after you accept that category in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer; a withdrawn category stops on the next page load.

Analytics cookies (optional). They show us how the website is used: page views, the steps of signing up, creating a project, publishing and checking out, and, where switched on, heatmaps and session recordings of the public website with form inputs masked. Tools in this category may include product analytics (PostHog, ph_* cookies), web analytics (such as Google Analytics, _ga*, Google Tag Manager, and Yandex Metrica, _ym*) and experience analytics (such as Microsoft Clarity, _clck and _clsk, and Hotjar, _hj*). Google’s tags use Consent Mode: they are not loaded before you accept.
Marketing cookies (optional). They measure our advertising on other platforms and let those platforms show you relevant Craftkite ads. Tools in this category may include the Google Ads tag (_gcl_*), Meta Pixel (_fbp), LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_*), TikTok Pixel (_ttp), X Pixel, Pinterest Tag (_pin_unauth, _epik) and Microsoft Advertising UET (_uetsid, _uetvid).
What these tools receive. The page address (without query strings, except campaign parameters) and, for sign-ups, checkouts, purchases and contact requests, the event and the plan’s list price: never your name, email address or project content. The providers process this data under their own privacy policies, some of them outside your country (see the subprocessors list).
Where they run and which are active. Only the tools our administrators switch on run, and by default only on the public website, sign-in and sign-up; in the signed-in studio a completed checkout or purchase may still be reported to the tools you accepted. The current list, with each tool’s category, is shown at the end of this page.
Payments open Paddle's checkout, which sets its own cookies under Paddle's policy.
Apps you publish are your own: if they set cookies, you are responsible for informing their visitors.
