Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-08

  • First purchase of a plan: a full refund within 14 days, as long as you used less than 20 % of the plan's monthly credits. Request it in the studio when you cancel (Plans & billing → Cancel subscription), or by email. The plan ends when the refund is made.
  • Renewals: not refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Extra credit packs: refundable within 14 days if unused.
  • Failures on our side: credits used by tasks that fail because of us are returned to your balance automatically.
  • EU consumers: this policy is consistent with your right of withdrawal. By starting to use credits you ask us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, which reduces a refund in proportion to what you used.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, usually within 5–10 business days.
