Managing plans in the console (staff)
For Craftkite staff. Add, change and archive plans, set prices and limits, map payment and store ids, and move subscribers to a new price.
Updated October 12, 2026
Plans are managed in the console under Revenue → Plans. Super admins can change them; billing staff can see them read-only. Every saved change reaches the pricing page, the studio’s billing page, the mobile app and checkout at once.
The plan list
Each plan shows its status, price, credits, subscribers and whether every channel can sell it:
- Web checkout, App Store and Google Play badges: ready, ids missing (that channel cannot sell the plan), old price (the payment provider still charges an earlier price) or not offered.
- A language badge when a plan has no name in some languages. Visitors in those languages see the English text.
- How many subscribers still pay an earlier price.
Add or change a plan
- Click New plan, or Open on a plan.
- Basics: id (cannot change later), status, monthly and yearly price in US dollars, credits per month, how yearly plans get their credits, free trial days, order and the Recommended badge. Choose where it is offered: website, studio, mobile app.
- Limits and features: live apps, projects and store builds a month (or no limit), and the included features such as custom domains, GitHub sync, SQL console, custom agents, documents and the priority queue.
- Texts: name, tagline and feature bullets for each of the eight languages.
- Regional prices: a price of its own in a country, instead of the regional discount.
- Selling: the payment provider’s product and price ids, and the App Store and Google Play product ids. With the payment provider set up, Create in the payment provider creates them for you.
- Check the Live preview of the pricing page and studio cards in any language, add a note and click Save new version.
Status
- Active: listed where you chose and sold.
- Hidden: not listed, still sold through a direct checkout link.
- Archived: no longer sold. Current subscribers keep the plan. The Free and Team plans cannot be archived.
A plan that ever had subscribers cannot be deleted: archive it instead.
Price changes and current subscribers
Every save creates a new version, listed under Versions and subscribers. A new price applies to new purchases only: current subscribers keep the price of the version they bought. After a price change, create the new prices in the payment provider (the plan shows old price until then).
To move subscribers to the current price, open Versions and subscribers, click Move subscribers to the current price and type the plan id to confirm. Web subscribers pay the new price from their next renewal; nothing is charged at once. App Store, Google Play and prepaid plans are not changed.
Lower credits or limits apply to all subscribers right away: the editor warns you before you save.
Good to know
Top-up packs are managed on the same page under Top-up packs: credits, price in US dollars and Turkish lira, payment and store ids, archiving. A plan’s price in Turkish lira is on its Regional prices tab. Regional discounts stay in Promotions. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
