Online store and marketplaces
Build a shop with products, stock, cart, checkout, orders and an admin panel, take payments with your provider and sync orders and stock with marketplaces.
Updated October 16, 2026
Ask for a shop and Craftkite builds it on its commerce module: the store’s backend is ready-made and tested, and the agent builds your storefront, cart, checkout and admin pages on top of it.
What you get
- Products and stock: products with photos, variants (size, colour), prices, compare-at prices, barcodes and stock levels, with a low-stock list.
- Cart and checkout: prices are always checked on the server; customers pay on your payment provider’s secure page, so card details never touch your app.
- Orders: paid, packed, shipped (with carrier and tracking number), delivered, cancelled or refunded. Customers who sign in see their orders.
- Order emails: confirmation, shipping update and a new-order email to you, in your shop’s language, through your email integration (Resend, SendGrid or Brevo).
- Tax and shipping: prices with or without tax, a tax rate, flat shipping and free shipping above an amount.
- Admin panel: products, orders, sales and settings, for the members you give the admin role.
Choose a payment provider
Name one in your request, or Craftkite picks by market: iyzico in Turkey, Razorpay in India, Mercado Pago in Latin America, Stripe elsewhere. PayPal, PayTR, Mollie, Square, Lemon Squeezy and Paddle are also ready. Add the keys under Integrations in the Publish tab and click Test connection.
Payments are confirmed by the provider: Craftkite’s module verifies each webhook’s signature, or asks the provider for the payment’s status, before an order is marked paid, and never counts a payment twice. In the admin settings page you find the webhook address to register in your provider’s dashboard.
Start with test keys (the integration shows Test mode), place a test order, then switch to live keys before you announce the shop.
Sell on marketplaces
Add Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, Etsy or eBay to the shop to keep one stock for all channels: their paid orders appear in your order list with the channel’s name, and your stock and prices are sent to them. Shopify and WooCommerce stores can also be imported. Trendyol matches products by barcode, so give each variant its barcode.
Each marketplace needs a seller account and access to its seller API (Amazon and Etsy also need a developer app; Hepsiburada and N11 approve integrations first). The Integrations page lists what each one needs.
Scheduled syncs
When the shop is live, Craftkite runs the sync every 15 minutes. It costs a fixed number of credits per connected store and month, charged at the month’s first sync and shown in your credit history as Marketplace sync. If your balance cannot cover it, the sync pauses until credits arrive; the Sync now button in your admin panel keeps working. The Integrations section shows the last syncs.
Mobile apps
Mobile apps get the same store through their own API. Physical goods and services are paid on the provider’s page; digital content and subscriptions unlocked inside a phone app must use in-app purchases, as the app stores require.
