The Craftkite mobile app
Follow and steer your apps and documents from your phone: start ideas, approve plans, get notified, watch builds on the lock screen and keep drafts offline.
Updated October 12, 2026
The Craftkite app for iPhone, iPad and Android phones is the studio in your pocket. It works with the same account, projects, credits and teams as the web studio.
What you can do on your phone
- Start ideas from the Create tab, with text, voice dictation, photos or a sketch.
- Approve plans, set a task’s credit limit, pause, continue or stop a task, and send changes.
- Follow progress in Projects and the live activity of each task.
- Publish an app or take it offline, and manage its versions.
- Documents: swipe through slides and posts, edit their texts, ask the AI for changes and export a PDF, PowerPoint or Word file.
- Account: credits and plans, notifications, sign-in methods, two-factor authentication, team workspaces and store publishing.
- Studio tools: custom agents, the secret vault (keys are write-only and never shown again), an app’s integrations and variables, and keys the agent asks for — added right on the task card.
- Teams: create a team, invite people with a role, change roles, remove members, see the seats in use and leave a team.
- Growth: share your invite link, apply for the affiliate programme and follow your earnings and payouts; agencies see their clients, share client portal links and follow hand-overs.
- More: share an app as a community template, import a Figma frame into your request, connect your own PostgreSQL server, import rows from CSV, JSON or Excel files, set your time zone and choose which apps stay live when your plan changes. A short tour shows the way on your first project.
Notifications
The app asks once, after your first finished task, whether it may send notifications. You then hear when a plan waits for approval, a task finishes or stops, credits run low or a payment fails. Tap a notification to open the project. Choose which notifications you get under Profile → Notifications.
Builds on the lock screen
On iPhone, a task you start from the phone shows a Live Activity on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island: the app’s name, the current step and the progress. It ends with a short message when the task finishes. Live Activities need iOS 16.2 or newer; the app itself needs iOS 16.4 or newer, or Android 9 or newer.
Offline drafts
No connection? Write your idea on Create anyway. It is saved on the phone and sent as soon as you are back online. Nothing is charged until the task actually starts.
Better on the web
Three tools stay in the web studio on purpose, and the app links to them with Open on the web: the code editor (an app’s files), the SQL console and, for Craftkite staff, the admin console. Buying team seats and setting up Google sign-in for a team’s company domain, agency branding and applications, and copying data from another database are done on the web too.
