Privacy and your data
Your projects are private. See what we hold, how long we keep it, where it is stored and every time our team opened it.
Updated October 12, 2026
Your projects, prompts, files and previews belong to you (and your team, by role). Nobody else at Craftkite or in the community can see or use them. Open Account → Privacy to see it all for yourself.

What you find there
- What we hold: how many projects, requests, published apps, files and support tickets you have.
- How long we keep it: build logs, attached images, test screenshots and closed support tickets each have a retention period.
- Your consents: for example the terms of service and marketing emails, with dates.
- Apps you shared: only apps you submit to the community gallery are shared; withdraw one to remove it.
Craftkite team access
Our team opens your data only to solve a problem, such as your support request, for a limited time, and every access is recorded. Craftkite team access lists each one: who (support, trust and safety, billing), why and when. If no one has, it says “No one at Craftkite has opened your data.”
Where your data is stored
Where your data is stored shows your region: European Union or United States.

Where offered, Move my data copies your projects, files and app databases to the other region, checks them and deletes them from the current one. Live apps with a database are briefly unavailable while their database moves; we let you know when it is done.
